Job summary

Qualifications

• Pharmacist licensure in the state where the hospital is located.
• Degree from an accredited pharmacy program or equivalent.
• Supervisory experience preferred (1 year).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations to meet customer and patient expectations.
• Contribute to development of pharmacy-specific policies and procedures in compliance with Joint Commission and regulatory regulations.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team to leverage information for positive patient outcomes.
• Accurately interpret, compound, and dispense medications in accordance with professional standards.
