Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Pharmacist to oversee daily pharmacy operations and support patient care across our inpatient rehabilitation network. You will contribute to policy development, ensure safe medication use, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• State pharmacy board licensure in good standing.
• Completion of a degree from an accredited pharmacy program or equivalent.
• 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily pharmacy operations and ensuring patient expectations are met.
• Contributing to the development of pharmacy policies and procedures in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participating in interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Accurate interpretation, compounding, and dispensing of medications per professional standards.
