Job summary

Amplify Health is seeking a Pharmacist to ensure safe, legal dispensing of pharmaceuticals, monitor drug therapy, and provide consultation to providers, staff, and patients in North Carolina. The role includes supervision of designated staff and ensuring compliance with state regulations.

The Pharmacist will oversee day-to-day operations, manage inventory, and participate in quality assurance to optimize therapeutic and cost-effective pharmacy services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy is required.
• Active North Carolina Pharmacist license is required.
• Basic Life Support (CPR/AED) certification is required.
• Pharm.D. degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy staff.
• Oversee financial and operational performance and drive corrective actions.
• Handle patient billing issues and complaints and assist with administrative tasks.
• Ensure proper recording of financial transactions and invoices.
