Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Assist in managing and directing the pharmacy team during bench shifts.
• Ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and patient counseling.
• Support immunization services and collaborate with the healthcare team.
• Maintain compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and CVS policies.
• Provide compassionate, patient‑centered care and resolve insurance issues.
