Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to ensure safe medication use and support patient well-being in a national rehabilitation setting. You will oversee daily pharmacy operations, contribute to policy development, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to drive positive patient outcomes while exercising independent professional judgment.

Qualifications

• Completion of a U.S.-accredited pharmacy degree.
• Licensed to practice pharmacy in the state.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure accurate dispensing.
• Develop and implement pharmacy policies in line with Joint Commission standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.
• Interpret and dispense medications in accordance with regulations.
