Position Overview

Tap Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced and patient-focusedPharmacist in Charge (PIC) to joinNuvem inGalena, Illinois. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing pharmacy operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing pharmacy staff, and delivering exceptional patient care within a retail pharmacy environment.

The Pharmacist in Charge will play a key role in supporting workflow efficiency, maintaining compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations, and fostering strong relationships with patients and healthcare providers. This position offers competitive compensation ranging fromapproximately $150,000 to $160,000 annually based on experience and the opportunity to lead pharmacy operations within a collaborative healthcare setting.

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Active Illinois Pharmacist license in good standing.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of retail pharmacy management experience.
• Previous experience working within a retail pharmacy environment required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience utilizing a Pharmacy Patient Management System and other pharmacy technology platforms.
• Ability to maintain compliance with all applicable pharmacy regulations and operational standards.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Frequent use of hands for handling medications, tools, and pharmacy equipment.
• Strong fine motor skills required for medication preparation and dispensing activities.
