GlowRx Pharmacy in Plano, TX is seeking a Pharmacist in Charge to lead day-to-day operations of a new independent retail pharmacy. You will oversee staff, ensure accurate dispensing, and maintain compliance with Texas State Board and DEA regulations while delivering patient counseling in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license in good standing with Texas State Board.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (required) for patient counseling.
• Ability to build processes from scratch in a startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Pharmacist in Charge, overseeing daily operations and staff.
• Review, verify, and dispense prescriptions with bilingual patient counseling.
• Ensure compliance with Texas Board of Pharmacy, DEA, and HIPAA.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships.
• Develop and lead clinical services such as immunizations and MTM.
