Job summary

AuBurn Pharmacy is hiring a Full-Time Pharmacist in Charge (Pharmacy Manager) for our Mound City, Kansas location. You will lead all aspects of retail pharmacy operations, including prescription entry and verification, MTM services, immunizations, and patient care initiatives, while mentoring team members and maintaining a patient-centered culture.

The role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional pharmacy care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist in Charge will oversee all aspects of retail pharmacy operations.
• Leadership and mentoring of pharmacy staff is expected.
• Strong communication and patient care focus are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee prescription entry and verification for accuracy and safety.
• Manage pharmacy operations, including MTM and immunization programs.

AuBurn Pharmacy is excited to announce a career opportunity for aFull-Time Pharmacist in Charge (Pharmacy Manager) at our Mound City, Kansas location! Store hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m., and Saturday, 9:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.

As the Pharmacist in Charge, you will lead all aspects of retail pharmacy operations, including prescription order entry and verification, pharmacy management, medication adherence programs, MTM services, immunizations, and patient care initiatives. We are looking for a motivated leader who is innovative, customer-focused, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional pharmacy care.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, enjoy mentoring and developing team members, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience managing a retail pharmacy and leading a pharmacy team is preferred.
