Job summary

Encompass Health Corporation is seeking a pharmacist to join our inpatient rehabilitation network, applying expert medication management to support patient well-being and safety. You will lead daily pharmacy operations, help shape policies, and participate in interdisciplinary teams to improve outcomes.

Qualified candidates hold a state pharmacy license in good standing, a PharmD or equivalent, and preferably one year of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed by the state board of pharmacy in good standing.
• Graduation from an accredited pharmacy program.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily pharmacy operations to meet customer and patient expectations.
• Developing and updating pharmacy policies and procedures per Joint Commission standards.
• Participating in interdisciplinary team discussions to improve patient outcomes.
• Interpreting, compounding, and dispensing medications per standards.
