Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited program.
• Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district or eligible to obtain licensure.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become one within 90 days of hire.
• At least 1 year of pharmacist experience in a retail setting, including prescription filling and verification.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, expert-level pharmacy consulting to patients.
• Educate patients on medication usage, potential side effects, and cost-effective options.
• Deliver clinical services including immunizations, point-of-care testing, and medication therapy management.
• Ensure medication safety through accurate dispensing, compounding, and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor and train pharmacy team members in a collaborative environment.
