Responsibilities
- Accurately process and verify prescriptions per laws and policies
- Counsel patients on prescription and over-the-counter meds
- Serve as link between patients, providers, and community
- Ensure confidentiality of patient and company information
- Support pharmacy growth initiatives and community outreach
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations and regulatory compliance
- Administer immunizations where permitted by state law
- Coach and mentor pharmacy technicians and team members
- Collaborate with store leadership to meet goals
