Job summary

Walmart Pharmacy in Brownwood, TX is seeking a pharmacist to provide high-quality pharmaceutical care, accurately dispensing prescriptions and counseling customers. You will administer immunizations and participate in community health programs, while maintaining HIPAA-compliant practices and policy adherence.

Applicants should hold a PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy, a current license, and completed ACPE immunization training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, or NABP equivalence (FPGE).
• Pharmacy license required by job entry date.
• completion of an ACPE-accredited Immunization training program.

Responsibilities

• Provide pharmaceutical care and process/dispense prescription orders.
• Counsel customers on healthcare and medication needs.
• Administer immunizations and other Walmart programs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Model and guide pharmacy staff on customer service.
