Qualifications

• PharmD or equivalent from an accredited school.
• Licensed pharmacist in Pennsylvania.

• Familiarity with IV admixture preparation when applicable.
• Ability to interpret physician orders and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and evaluate physician medication orders to prepare, calculate, and dispense medications per regulatory standards.
• Identify and report suspected adverse drug reactions promptly.
• Support formulary stewardship and evidence-based therapy decisions.
• Review patient medication records for allergies and interactions, and verify orders.
• Assist with daily pharmacy operations and supervise technicians and interns.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and hospital quality policies.
• Communicate with physicians and care teams to clarify orders and support care decisions.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 54 - 91 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
