Job summary

Qualifications

  • Active Idaho pharmacist license in good standing.
  • Familiarity with USP <795>, <797>, and <800> preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and patient safety.
  • Excellent communication and professional phone etiquette.

Responsibilities

  • Compounding and medication preparation for patient-specific prescriptions.
  • Perform sterile and non-sterile compounding following established procedures.
  • Conduct quality checks, ingredient verification, and final product inspections.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with USP standards, FDA, DEA, and state boards.
  • Collaborate with prescribers for customized therapies and professional consultation.
  • Interact with patients and healthcare providers about prescriptions and options.
  • Supervise pharmacy technicians to maintain proper procedures and safety.
  • Maintain accurate compounding records, formulas, logs, and documentation.
  • Assist with general pharmacy operations to maintain a clean, organized environment.

PharmacistRed Rock Pharmacy is a fast-growing compounding pharmacy located in Meridian, Idaho, specializing in customized medication solutions for patients and healthcare providers.
