Job summary

Kroger is seeking a Pharmacist Floater offering a $50,000 sign-on bonus. The role covers duties across multiple store locations in Jonesboro, Blytheville and West Memphis, providing professional pharmacy services, counseling patients and supervising technicians.

You will ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, interpret prescriptions, manage medication therapy, and maintain patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

• License to practice as a pharmacist required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain professionalism.
• Confidentiality and HIPAA compliance experience a plus.
• APhA Immunization Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide prescriptions filling, counseling and supervision of technicians.
• Interpret prescriptions and ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Counsel patients on medications, side effects, and interactions.
• Maintain inventory and perform daily pharmacy operations under supervision.
