Job summary

Central Florida Health Care, Inc. is seeking a Pharmacist to oversee all aspects of pharmacy operations with a focus on the 340B Drug Pricing Program within a Federally Qualified Health Center setting.

You will supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with site providers to enhance patient care and outcomes across services. The role emphasizes on-site leadership, adherence to policy, and ongoing process improvement to expand services for underserved populations.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree or Bachelor's degree in pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• Active Pharmacist License in good standing with the state Board of Pharmacy and valid BLSC certification.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, Teams, and use of pharmacy management software, technology and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure efficient workflows and protocol adherence.
• Manage inventory, procurement and medication distribution in alignment with 340B program requirements.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations including DEA guidelines and FQHC requirements.
• Provide patient education and counseling and collaborate with providers to optimize MTM and clinical services.
• Maintain quality and safety by auditing processes, documenting records and implementing SOPs.
