Job summary

Community Health Centers is seeking a full-time Pharmacy Manager to work across Orange and Lake County locations in Florida. The role requires a graduate of an accredited pharmacy college with a valid Florida license and two years of pharmacy experience.

The incumbent will be responsible for interpreting prescriptions, managing pharmacy operations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. A competitive compensation package and flexible work hours are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience in pharmacy preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Current and valid Florida Pharmacist license required.
• Certification in immunizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the full practice of pharmacy in accordance with regulatory statutes.
• Interpreting prescription orders and dispensing medications.
• Acts as Pharmacy Manager while on duty or as assigned.

Job Summary

This position is a full-time float that travels to all Orange and Lake County locations. Mileage and toll reimbursement will be provided.

Under the direction of the Director of Pharmacy, responsible for the full practice of pharmacy in accordance with applicable regulatory statues and accreditation standards; interpreting prescription orders, packaging, labeling, dispensing, administering and distribution of drugs and devices; accepts full responsibility as Pharmacy Manager while on duty or as assigned as defined in Florida DPR Statute #465.018, and other requirements as defined in Statutes 465, 21s, 893, plus applicable DEA, AAAHC and 340b requirements.

Qualifications

Education

• Graduate of an accredited college of pharmacy.

Experience

• Minimum of two years' experience in pharmacy preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Certification / Licensure

• Current and valid Florida Pharmacist license required.
• Certification in immunizations preferred.

• Must have excellent organizational skills.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with a variety of personality types in an efficient and friendly manner.
• Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Internet, Pharmacy related software, EHR and online resources).
