Qualifications

• Supervises support personnel and assumes responsibility for final checks on completed work.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications and interpret IV admixture orders.
• Manufacture nonstandard pharmaceutical preparations when required.
• Provide safe and accurate pharmaceutical care service.

Skills

Licensed as a pharmacist in the State of Washington

Minimum one year of pharmacy experience

Education

Completion of an ASHP accredited pharmacy residency preferred
