Job summary

Walgreens Co. is seeking pharmacists to provide expert-level pharmacy consulting, immunizations, and medication therapy management in a patient-focused environment, leveraging Walgreens resources and patient-centered care.

You will educate patients on medication usage, effects and cost-saving options, ensure safety through accurate dispensing and regulatory compliance, and mentor pharmacy staff in a collaborative, growth-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited school.
• Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become immunizer within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, expert-level pharmacy consulting services to patients.
• Educate patients on medication usage, side effects, and cost-effective options.
• Deliver clinical healthcare services, including immunizations, diagnostic testing, and medication therapy management.
• Ensure medication safety through accurate dispensing and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor and train pharmacy team members in a collaborative and supportive environment.
