Qualifications

• Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district are required.
• Certified Immunizer or willingness to become one within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients on medication usage, side effects, and cost-effective options.
• Deliver clinical services including immunizations, diagnostic testing, and medication therapy management.
