Qualifications

• Pharmacist licensure and immunization certification are required.
• Pharmacist degree or BS in Pharmacy from an accredited school.
• Immunizer certification within 90 days of hire preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, expert-level pharmacy consulting to patients.
• Educate patients on medication usage, side effects and cost options.
• Deliver clinical services including immunizations and medication therapy management.
• Ensure medication safety through accurate dispensing and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor and train pharmacy team members in a collaborative environment.

Education

BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree

Current pharmacist licensure in the district states

Certified Immunizer or willing to become immunizer within 90 days
