Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Pharmacist to provide compassionate, expert-level pharmacy consulting to patients, educate on medication usage, side effects, and cost-effective options, and deliver clinical services including immunizations, testing, and therapy management. You will ensure medication safety through accurate dispensing and regulatory compliance.

Qualified candidates hold a BS in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy, current licensure in their state, and immunizer certification; retail experience

Qualifications

BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited educational institution.
Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, expert-level pharmacy consulting services to patients.
Educate and consult patients on medication usage, side effects, and cost-effective options.
Deliver clinical healthcare services, including immunizations, diagnostic testing, and medication therapy management.
Ensure medication safety through accurate compounding, dispensing, and regulatory compliance.
