Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited program.
• Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to be immunizer within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, expert-level pharmacy consulting services to patients.
• Educate and consult patients on medication usage, side effects, and cost-effective options.
• Deliver clinical healthcare services including immunizations, diagnostic testing, and MTM.
• Ensure medication safety through accurate compounding, dispensing and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor and train pharmacy team members in a collaborative environment.
