Job summary

UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh is seeking a Full-Time Pharmacist to join our pharmacy team on a steady evening schedule. This role offers a Monday–Friday, evening shift with no weekends within a nationally recognized pediatric health system, delivering safe, high-quality medication management and patient care.

You will review orders, ensure accurate dispensing, provide drug information to providers, and collaborate with interprofessional teams to enhance patient outcomes on a consistent

Qualifications

• PharmD or equivalent degree.
• Current Pennsylvania pharmacist license or eligibility for licensure.
• Hospital pharmacy experience preferred; pediatric experience preferred but not required.
