OhioHealth is seeking a Pharmacist for Enterprise Queue/ONU Preceptor to oversee the ONU Pharmacy Intern program and support remote medication reconciliation across the enterprise. Qualifications

This position will also be responsible for review and verification of medication orders across the enterprise via the Enterprise Queue (EQ). The EQ pharmacist will be responsible for interpreting prescriptions, managing patient drug therapy for complications, and performing drug utilization. They will also collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other health-care practitioners to provide safe, high quality, and cost-effective drug therapy. This position will be remote; however, the training and on-boarding components of this role will be done on site at one of the care sites. All necessary hardware will be provided.
