Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Pharmacist to provide expert pharmacy consulting, immunizations, and medication therapy management in a fast-paced retail setting. Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited institution.
• Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days.
• 1 year experience in a retail pharmacy setting (prescription filling/verification, records and compliance).

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-focused pharmacy consulting and clinical services.
• Educate patients on medication usage, side effects, and cost-effective options.
• Deliver immunizations and medication therapy management per protocol.
• Ensure medication safety through accurate dispensing and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor and train pharmacy team members in a collaborative environment.

Education
