Job summary

Guardian Pharmacy of Southeast Florida, a member of the Guardian family of pharmacies, is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to join our Boca Raton team. The role focuses on accurate dispensing, regulatory compliance, and leadership of pharmacy technicians in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree (Pharmacy) or PharmD required.
State Pharmacist License in good standing required.
Experience working in a high-volume pharmacy environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

Accurately prepare medications for final dispensing including filing, order entry, and packaging.
Review orders and cycle-fill medications to ensure accuracy.
Verify legality and feasibility of dispensing based on allergies and interactions.
Interpret prescription orders with professional judgment for patient safety.
Adhere to all Federal and State Board of Pharmacy regulations.
Oversee technicians and provide feedback to supervisors.
Manage inventory levels and place orders as needed.
Respond to questions from patients, doctors, or nurses.
