Job summary

MercyOne Genesis in Davenport, IA, seeks a Pharmacist to join our team. This full-time position provides pharmaceutical services to patients, nursing staff and other clinical services, with a rotating schedule and opportunities for growth within MercyOne Health System.

The ideal candidate holds a B.Pharm and Iowa Pharmacist registration (initial licensure must be obtained within 6 months of hire). Valid driver's license required; no prior experience required.

As a Pharmacist at MercyOne Genesis, you will:

• Provide pharmaceutical services, both distributive and clinical, to patients, nursing staff and other clinical services staff of the Medical Center including information on the safe and effective use of medications
• Act in and oversee all functional areas of the department
• Provide direction to technical staff

Schedule

• 40 hours per week

General Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy
• Registered Pharmacist in Iowa. Pharmacist applicants obtaining their initial licensure must obtain their Iowa Pharmacist Registration within 6 months of hire. Those applicants registered in another state must obtain their Iowa Pharmacist Registration within 6 months of hire.
• Valid driver's license
• No experience required
