Job summary

St. Jude Children's Research Hospital is seeking a Senior Pharmacist Data Analyst to transform medication data into actionable insights. This role blends clinical pharmacy knowledge with analytics to influence strategy, improve safety, and support regulatory and financial initiatives.

You will collaborate with pharmacy leadership, clinicians, and enterprise analytics partners to deliver dashboards, reports, and self-service tools that enable data-driven decisions across the organization.

Qualifications

Pharmacist degree from ACPE-accredited college.
Advanced degree or PGY1/PGY2 preferred.
Experience with data modeling, reporting, and metrics in Epic preferred.
Experience with MS SQL and pharmacy software like Epic Willow/Omnicell preferred.
Epic Caboodle and Cogito certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver analytics solutions including dashboards and reports.
Partner with stakeholders to translate needs into scalable analytics.
Analyze data from Epic, Omnicell, wholesalers and other pharmacy systems.
Develop insights to improve medication safety, efficiency, outcomes, and compliance.
Lead data initiatives across Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Services.
Mentor junior team members.
