Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to deliver patient-centered pharmaceutical care in a fast-paced Walmart Pharmacy near Augusta, GA. You will dispense prescriptions, counsel customers and administer immunizations, upholding regulatory standards and company policies.

You will lead by example, foster partnerships with customers and teammates, and contribute to community outreach while supporting a safe, compliant pharmacy operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or PharmD degree, or NABP eligibility.
• Active pharmacy license by job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program.

Responsibilities

• Provide pharmaceutical care to customers, including processing and dispensing prescriptions.
• Counsel customers on healthcare and prescription medication needs.
• Administer immunizations and other Walmart programs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and regulations.
• Model and guide staff on customer service approaches.
