Ladders is seeking a Pharmacist - Clinical Advisor to join a leader in the healthcare space. This remote role focuses on supporting client relationships and shaping clinical pharmacy strategies that improve outcomes for health plan partners.

You will translate data and trends into actionable business plans while collaborating with external stakeholders on specialty drug strategy. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of managed care pharmacist experience or 1 year of managed care residency program experience.
• Active pharmacist license in good standing.
• Experience in a client-facing role within managed care.
• Understanding of utilization management trends and programs in managed care.
• Highly organized with strong analytical, listening, and presentation skills.

For our client, we are seeking a Pharmacist - Clinical Advisor to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This remote role will focus on supporting client relationships and shaping clinical pharmacy strategies that improve outcomes for health plan partners. The position blends clinical expertise with consultative account support, translating data, utilization management trends, and formulary opportunities into actionable business plans. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with external stakeholders to guide specialty drug strategy, strengthen communications, and help advance effective pharmacy programs.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,925 - $249,600 annually
