Health Here is seeking a licensed pharmacist to provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care in a hospital setting in Oklahoma. You will verify medication orders, compound, dispense medications, and ensure patient safety in line with regulations and hospital policies.

The role includes clinical consultations and pharmacotherapy optimization, with supervision of technicians and interns. You will monitor lab values and adjust therapies as needed, precept students, maintain documentation, and work

Qualifications

• Pharmacist degree required (Pharm.D. or Bachelor of Pharmacy).
• No prior experience required.
• Licensure as a registered pharmacist in the relevant state and BLS within 90 days.
