McKesson Corporation in New Jersey is seeking a Pharmacist to ensure safe, accurate pharmacy services in a high-volume central fill and digital pharmacy environment.

You will perform final quality assurance, oversee day-to-day prescription processes, monitor automation and workflows, supervise technicians, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain regulatory compliance and exceptional service.

Formación

• Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited institution.
• Active pharmacist license in good standing in New Jersey at time of hire is required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform the Final Quality Assurance check on prescriptions processed through central fill automation, ensuring accuracy, appropriateness, and regulatory compliance prior to release.
• Oversee day‑to‑day prescription processes, resolving issues to support timely medication delivery.
• Monitor automation systems, workflows, and production to maintain consistent and efficient output.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and secure pharmacy environment.
• Assist in supervising pharmacy technicians and support staff, including onboarding, training, performance coaching, task delegation, and ensuring compliance with policy and regulatory standards.
