HealthPartners in Minnesota is seeking a Pharmacist to join our team. You will perform and supervise the daily operations of the department, providing drug information and pharmaceutical services to hospital staff and patients.

The position requires a degree in pharmacy (BS or PharmD) and current Minnesota pharmacist license. Schedule includes weekdays and some weekends with flexible shifts; applicants should have strong customer service, communication, and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited college of pharmacy with either a Bachelor of Science or PharmD degree.
• Must be currently licensed as a pharmacist in Minnesota.
• Health system pharmacy experience is preferred.

Position Summary:

Performs and supervises the daily operations of the department. Provides other hospital and medical staff involved with the preparation and dispensing of drugs with drug information and other pharmaceutical services.

Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., or 1:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (flexible shift available)

Saturday-Sunday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Required Qualifications:

Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination:

• Graduate of an accredited college of pharmacy with either a Bachelor of Science or PharmD degree

Licensure/ Registration/ Certification:

• Current Minnesota licensed pharmacist

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Excellent customer service skills and communication skills
• Proficient in the English language
• Demonstrated ability to manage people and time effectively
• Good attention to detail and ability to implement policies and procedures
