Job summary

Obsidian is seeking experienced U.S.-based Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians to support an AI-focused healthcare project. In this role you will review audio samples of medication names, evaluate pronunciation, and apply a structured rubric. Ideal candidates have PharmD/RPh or pharmacy technician experience in the United States and strong U.S.

Qualifications

Licensed Pharmacist (PharmD/RPh) or Pharmacy Technician with US practice experience.
Strong familiarity with prescription medications, generic and brand drug names used in the US.
Excellent written and spoken US English with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Review short audio samples containing spoken medication names.
Evaluate whether medication names are pronounced accurately and clearly.
Score audio samples using a structured evaluation rubric.
Identify pronunciation errors, ambiguities, or inconsistencies.
Apply evaluation standards consistently across review tasks.
Participate in an initial calibration exercise to align on scoring expectations.
Complete additional review batches as project needs arise.
Provide concise feedback where clarification or correction is required.
