Job summary

Amergis is seeking a Pharmacist to perform clinical and professional pharmaceutical work, including compounding and dispensing drugs and IV supplies. The role requires reviewing prescriptions for accuracy and collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

The Pharmacist will provide guidance on drug interactions and side effects, and monitor prescribing trends to ensure patient safety and compliance. A valid pharmacist license in the state of practice is required.

Qualifications

• Current registration and/or license as a Pharmacist in state of practice required
• One (1) year of experience working as a licensed pharmacist preferred
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
