The Pharmacist is responsible for reviewing prescriptions to ensure accuracy. The Pharmacist will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to plan, monitor, review and evaluate patient effectiveness and adverse effects. The pharmacist provides information and advice regarding drug interactions and potential side effects as well as analyze prescribing trends to monitor patient compliance and to prevent excessive usage or harmful interactions.
