To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be authorized to work in the United States
  • Not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment
  • Be able to work on a W-2 basis. C2C or 1099 is not permitted for this position
  • Be able to work either of the following schedules:
    • Sunday - Thursday, 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM
    • Sunday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM and Monday - Thursday, 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM
  • Have a current and valid Pharmacist's License for the State of Utah
What You'll Do
  • Deliver essential clinical services to patients, including immunizations and medication therapy management (MTM) interventions, ensuring strict adherence to all regulatory guidelines and company policies.
  • Engage proactively with customers and patients, providing assistance with products and services, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a consistently positive experience.
  • Champion and model best practices in customer service, fostering an environment of distinctive and delightful patient care through personalized interactions.
  • Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with patients by anticipating their needs and proactively offering valuable healthcare services.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of healthcare services by focusing on patient consultation, medication management, drug therapy reviews, and delivering a range of retail, clinical, and wellness services.
  • Ensure rigorous compliance with the "Good Faith Dispensing" policy in conjunction with state and federal controlled substance laws, taking ultimate responsibility for its proper application when filling prescriptions.
  • Maintain a current and comprehensive understanding of pharmacy and healthcare advancements through continuous learning from industry journals, company communications, and internal training.
  • Actively pursue professional development, obtaining necessary certifications, education credits, and completing internal training modules to enhance performance and expertise.
What You'll Bring
  • A Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited educational institution.
  • Current and active pharmacist licensure in the relevant states.
  • Certification as an Immunizer.
