Qualifications

• Five years of professional pharmacy experience with at least two years in management.
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD; PGY1 residency preferred.
• Current and valid state Pharmacy license, Arizona license preferred.
• BLS certification within 30 to 90 days of hire.
• Licensed to administer immunizations and vaccines, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs, manages, and supervises daily administrative operations to ensure high-quality service.
• Develops operational and financial outcome measures and tracking systems.
• Implements and evaluates departmental policies and procedures.
• Facilitates continuous process improvement and assesses program effectiveness.
• Develops and supervises staff, ensuring professional growth and performance standards.
• Implements computer-based systems for efficient data capture and dispensing.
• Manages purchasing and inventory functions for cost-effective management.
• Facilitates staff's professional growth by coordinating learning opportunities.
• Prepares monthly progress reports and identifies areas for improvement.
• Participates in orientation, training, and quality assurance programs.
