Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Review, verify, and dispense prescriptions in compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Counsel patients on medication use, interactions, side effects, and adherence.
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to optimize patient care.
  • Monitor therapies and identify potential drug interactions or contraindications.
  • Maintain accurate pharmacy records and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Provide immunizations and other clinical services where permitted.
  • Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff.
  • Manage inventory and controlled substance records.
  • Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
