• Overseeing daily pharmacy operations to meet customer and patient expectations.
• Contributing to the development of pharmacy policies and procedures in compliance with Joint Commission and other regulations.
• Active participation in the interdisciplinary team to leverage information for patient outcomes.
• Accurate interpretation, compounding, and dispensing of medications per legal standards.
