Live Better U is a Walmart‑paid education benefit program for full‑time and part‑time associates in Walmart and Sam’s Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor’s degrees, including English Language Learning and short‑form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

Compensation

The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00 - $172,000.00. *This pay range is for a 40 hours/week schedule. Weekly scheduled hours are determined individually and the ranges for different scheduled hours are prorated based on the percentage of 40 hours. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP).
• Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
• Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored).
