• Degree from an accredited pharmacy program or equivalent.

• Develop and contribute to pharmacy policies and procedures compliant with Joint Commission and regulatory standards.
• Participate actively in the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Accurately interpret, compound, and dispense medications in accordance with legal and professional standards.
