Job summary

Centstone is seeking a Pharmacist for a 13-week contract in Honolulu, Hawaii. The Pharmacist will support hospital pharmacy operations while ensuring safe, accurate, and effective medication management in accordance with established pharmacy practices and regulatory requirements.

Candidates must have an active Hawaii Pharmacist license before the assignment begins and be available for rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Review and process medication orders accurately.
• Support safe medication preparation, dispensing, verification, and distribution for hospitalized patients.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals regarding medication therapy and patient care needs.
• Monitor medication-related concerns and promote appropriate, safe, and effective medication use.
• Maintain accurate pharmacy documentation and support departmental operations during rotating weekday, weekend, and holiday shifts.

About the Role

Requirements

• Ability to Work Rotating Shifts, Including Weekends and Holidays, Required.
