Job summary

Centstone in Grants, New Mexico seeks a Pharmacist to join our acute care hospital team. You will prepare and dispense medications, provide clinical pharmacy services, monitor therapies, and support safe pharmacy operations in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate holds an NM pharmacist license, graduates from an ACPE-accredited school, a BS in Pharmacy (PharmD preferred), and hospital experience; new graduates with strong rotations will be considered.

Qualifications

• Active New Mexico Pharmacist License required.
• Graduate of an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy required.
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required; PharmD preferred.
• Hospital pharmacy experience preferred; new graduates with strong clinical rotations will be considered.
• Experience with medication dispensing, IV preparation, clinical pharmacy services, and medication therapy management.
• Knowledge of pharmacy regulations, medication safety practices, and patient counseling.
• Strong communication, clinical decision-making, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
