About The Role

As a Pharmacist with Boots you’ll provide excellent customer and patient care; it’s more than dispensing medicine – it’s listening and offering expert advice and reassurance. Your main areas of responsibility include:

Delivering the pharmacy strategy through expert care and advice
Being accountable for legal and ethical decisions in the pharmacy
Building the pharmacy capability of store teams
Conducting continual reviews through audit, observations and risk assessment to ensure customer and patient safety is paramount
Delivering a range of professional pharmacy services

What You’ll Need To Have

Registered with a relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI)
Demonstrated high levels of professional expertise and respected by stakeholders, peers, patients, customers and external local professionals
A passion for community pharmacy and providing the best care for our customers
Collaborative, team‑centered approach
Excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations and provisions of national and local services
Excellent communication skills; able to put people at ease and effectively meet varied customer and patient needs
