About The Role

As a Pharmacist with Boots you’ll provide excellent customer and patient care; it’s more than dispensing medicine – it’s listening and offering expert advice and reassurance. Your main areas of responsibility include:

  • Delivering the pharmacy strategy through expert care and advice
  • Being accountable for legal and ethical decisions in the pharmacy
  • Building the pharmacy capability of store teams
  • Conducting continual reviews through audit, observations and risk assessment to ensure customer and patient safety is paramount
  • Delivering a range of professional pharmacy services
What You’ll Need To Have
  • Registered with a relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI)
  • Demonstrated high levels of professional expertise and respected by stakeholders, peers, patients, customers and external local professionals
  • A passion for community pharmacy and providing the best care for our customers
  • Collaborative, team‑centered approach
  • Excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations and provisions of national and local services
  • Excellent communication skills; able to put people at ease and effectively meet varied customer and patient needs
