Job summary

Genoa Healthcare, part of the Optum family, is seeking a Part-Time Float Pharmacist to support Genoa pharmacies across Northern Minnesota, including Duluth, Baxter, Sartell, and St. Cloud. This 32-hour-per-week role generally runs Monday through Friday, with coverage across sites to keep patients connected to care.

You will provide pharmacist services, immunizations, and collaboration with care teams while ensuring compliance and delivering a strong patient experience across communities.

We're seeking a Part-Time Float Pharmacist to support Genoa Healthcare pharmacies across Northern Minnesota, including Duluth, Baxter, Sartell, and St. Cloud. This position is 32 hours per week, with pharmacy hours generally Monday through Friday and a schedule based on business needs. As a float pharmacist, you'll provide coverage across multiple sites while building relationships with patients, providers, and care teams throughout the communities you serve.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $44.09 to $78.70 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
