Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a professional to join our radiopharmaceutical production team in the United States. The role covers production of radionuclides, aseptic dispensing of radiopharmaceuticals, and strict adherence to cGMP, Radiation Safety, and Pharmacy laws.

You will work under regulatory and corporate policies and support equipment maintenance and documentation. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and is based in a global health-tech environment prioritizing

Responsibilities

  • Production of radionuclides and preparation, testing, and dispensing of radiopharmaceuticals.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory commitments including cGMP, Radiation Safety, Pharmacy laws and corporate policies.
  • Maintain responsibility under State Pharmacy Law for actions of personnel in the pharmacy area in the absence of the Pharmacy Manager (PIC).
  • Deliver and ensure aseptic techniques, including sterility and pyrogen testing per SOPs.
  • Ensure performance of QC procedures using analytical equipment and chemical tests per SOPs.
  • Maintain all applicable documents and records.
  • Prepare shipment of radioactive materials according to procedures and licensing requirements.
  • Provide support in operation and maintenance of cyclotron, chemistry modules, QC equipment and associated software.

Provides operational support in compliance with PET cGMP, radiation safety program, license commitments and corporate policies in the manufacture and distribution of quality positron emitting radiopharmaceuticals to medical care providers.

  • Responsible for the production of radionuclides and the preparation, testing, and dispensing of radiopharmaceuticals.
  • Ensures compliance with all regulatory commitments including the cGMP, Radiation Safety, Pharmacy laws and corporate policies and procedures and other applicable Federal, State and Local authorities.
  • Responsible and accountable under State Pharmacy Law, for all actions of personnel working in the permitted pharmacy area, in the absence of the Pharmacy Manager (PIC).
  • Delivers and ensures performance of aseptic techniques, including sterility test and pyrogen testing per company standard operating procedures.
  • Ensures performance of QC procedures using analytical equipment and chemical tests per company standard operating procedures.

The base pay range for this position is: $111,910 - $153,879.

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
