Healthcare Support Staffing, LLC is seeking a Staff Pharmacist - Float in Crossville, TN to verify and dispense prescriptions with patient counseling. The role supports daily operations and supervises technicians to ensure compliant workflows.

The position offers 40 hours per week with flexible 4x10s or 5x8s, open weekdays and weekend hours, and compensation of $57-$69 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy.
• Active Pharmacist licensure in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Accurately verify and dispense retail prescriptions while providing clear, compassionate patient counseling on medications, OTC products, side effects, and adherence.
• Support daily retail pharmacy operations including prescription processing, insurance resolution, required documentation and regulatory paperwork, and supervision of technician activities to ensure smooth workflow and compliance.
