This individual will assist in the organizing, coordinating, and supervising of all aspects of infusion and dispensing pharmacy services within Hematology-Oncology Associates of CNY. This individual oversees, prepares or dispenses commercially available and investigational antineoplastic drugs; assesses medication orders; assists with patient care activities including planning, updating and implementing antineoplastic and antiemetic drug regimens; monitors patients’ response to drug therapy and fluid and pain control medications; recommends changes or alternative therapy; and provides drug related information.

Pharm.D. or Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy from an accredited college
Three years of related experience preferred.
NYS pharmacist license required
