Select Specialty Hospital - Cleveland is seeking a Pharmacist to join our inpatient care team in Cleveland, OH. You will oversee drug distribution, central operations, and IV admixture while delivering compassionate, evidence-based pharmaceutical services.

• Provide clinical support of the hospital pharmacy function in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain adequate drug supplies at the pharmacy at all times.
• Inform and instruct patients on drugs to be used after discharge.
• Develop and participate in new employee training and education programs.
• Participate in patient drug therapy monitoring.
• Promote an environment of continuous quality improvement.

• As the Pharmacist, you will be responsible for having a working knowledge of all areas of pharmaceutical services including drug distribution systems, central operations and IV admixture.
